It has been about a year since I began training at Full Strength. My results have exceeded all my expectations. I currently bench 100 pounds more than I did a year ago.

I have been working at Full Strength for over a year now. My experience has been both enjoyable and physically challenging. Full Strength develops a personal program of exercises for me by making the exercises fun yet I can see progress and results. Although the program works with specific muscle groups and aerobic activities, Full Strength provides a variety of exercises so that I am not bored with the same routine each time. Full Strength incorporates warm-up and cool down movements that should be a part of a good exercise program. I appreciate the modifications with my program such as giving me conditioning exercises for downhill skiing.
Full Strength is a quality facility with knowledgeable staff and a friendly atmosphere. I would recommend it to anyone who needs the extra motivation to stick with an exercise program.

Our football program is in the process of rebuilding and Full Strength has helped jump-start us in the right direction. Today's game has evolved to a point where lifting and running is not enough. Full Strength brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to a field of sport performance enhancement. Our players who participated in Full Strength training this past off-season went on to have a very successful season. Further, they all went on to have an injury-free season. I started training with Full Strength about six months ago to enhance my athletic performance. I play tennis year round and compete at a national level. Finding myself slow on the court and lethargic after matches, I wanted to improve my footwork, conditioning and strength. I started training with Full Strength twice a week, combining agility drills, sprints and plyometric exercises with free weights and machines. We also worked on incorporating stretches and core exercises to increase flexibility and strength needed fore serving and rotating to hit shots.
Since I began my training program, I have noticed dramatic increases in my performance on the tennis court. I can now run down drop shots I would not have otherwise even tried for, I can recover quicker and anticipate faster, switch directions rapidly, hit harder, and most importantly, last longer. In addition, my muscles are hardly ever sore after a tournament and the number of tennis related injuries has been greatly reduced.
I have enjoyed working with Full Strength and look forward to seeing the continued results of my hard work and expert training.

Working out with Full Strength has absolutely changed my life. I have significantly reduced both my body weight and body fat percentage. In addition, my blood pressure, cholesterol levels, and resting heart rate have all improved markedly. To say that I am pleased with these improvements in my overall health and fitness is an understatement. But even more important are the changes in my lifestyle and mental outlook.
I am now participating in many athletic activities that I never would have thought possible before. Full Strength tailors each program to the client - starting slow for clients who have not been working out regularly, which was true for me. The way Full Strength built my program was absolutely key to building my confidence. The trainers always challenge me, but I never feel like they are setting me up to fail by asking me to do something I am not capable of doing. Yet, they still push me to do more than I thought I could do.
I was not active at all when I started with Full Strength. I ended up biking regularly in the summer. I started running in the fall and am now running 5-mile runs a couple of days a week. I went skiing for the first time last February before I started working with Full Strength. Every part of my body was sore and tired by the end of the trip. I started working with Full Strength in March. I went on another ski trip over the New Year weekend. I did not have one sore muscle and never came close to reaching the limit of my stamina.
Every part of my life is easier with this new body. I no longer get back aches. In addition, having strong muscles is so empowering. Every now and then, I will move a certain way and feel a defined muscle I had not felt before. It is incredibly satisfying.
The trainers at Full Strength are also very skilled in preventing injuries and rehabbing them when they do occur. For example, I had knee problems when I started my program. Full Strength designed several exercises to strengthen the muscles around my knees in order to stabilize them. The results have been great.
When starting from zero, fitness comes slowly and not without difficulty and set-backs. Perhaps the trainer's greatest strength is always finding something positive to focus on -- perhaps an increase in the number of push-ups I can do or in the weight I can lift or in how many minutes I can now run during my cardio workouts. They help me focus on the positive and continue making gains. They seem to know exactly how hard to push. Working out with Full Strength is the best thing I have ever done for myself and I simply cannot recommend him highly enough.

I am a 44 yr old male and in reasonably good health. I joined Full Strength a year ago to help rehab some sports injuries and correct my poor workout habits.
A customized plan was designed to correct the injuries and improve my flexibility and strength. My workouts have since advanced me towards more strength and a fitness routine.

I originally began using a personal trainer to learn how to weight train and to create an appropriate cardiovascular workout program for my skill and age level. My goal was to get back into some clothes that no longer fit me, but I desired a more private environment for my workout.
It has now been a year since I began working at Full Strength and not only are my clothes fitting me bettter, but my stress level is down and I have more energy. It was not originally my intent to continue with a personal trainer after I learned how to use some of the machines. However, because Full Strength has had such a positive influence on my life, I continue to attend appointments two to three times a week following a schedule prepared and specifically tailored for me.
Being accountable to someone assures that I will be consistent with my workout plan. I strongly recommend Full Strength to everyone, regardless of one's level of physical ability. The trainers will design a program specific to your needs.
It is amazing how drastically improved my strength is and how my entire outlook is more positive since I began attending appointments at Full Strength.
