Charles Neal

With over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry, Charles brings a dynamic and masterful approach to personal training. His career began in New York City, where he trained a wide range of clients — from elite athletes and European basketball players to celebrities including Montell Williams, Luther Vandross, and actor Leon.

A champion in his own right, Charles was the winner of American Gladiators Live in 1991 and the 1993 televised championship season.

Charles has held leadership roles at top-tier fitness centers including Reade Street and Lincoln Center New York Sports Clubs, Prescriptive Fitness Gym, and Gold’s Gym NYC, where he served as a respected floor manager and trainer.
