With over 20 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer and co-owner of Full Strength since its founding in 2001, Leo brings a deep commitment to helping individuals reach their peak health — no matter their age, fitness level, or background. His approach is grounded in both science and experience, blending performance training with rehabilitation expertise to create lasting, functional results.

Leo has worked across the fitness spectrum — from professional and collegiate athletes to post-surgical patients and individuals focused on improving everyday wellness. His specialties include injury prevention, corrective movement, and long-term health optimization.
